- Any product that is returned for exchange or refund MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Products returned after that date will not be refunded or replaced.
- Occasionally errors occur in filling orders, or product may have been damaged in transit. Please e-mail our Order Dept. immediately upon receipt. If the wrong product was shipped due to an error in our shipping department, we will ship the correct product and refund your cost for returning the incorrect product to:

- We accept returns of FULL CARTONS or BOXES only.
- Please retain your order confirmation until your products are received. Order confirmations are sent to the e-mail address provided when the order is placed.
- All products shipped have a tracking number in case of damage, and in the event you receive the wrong products, please have your order number available when you call for an exchange.
